From teaching martial arts while in Brazil, to living in Amsterdam leading customer service for Time & Fortune Magazine, Nathan's varied professional and personal experience has developed into valuable expertise in human potential and recognition of the need for fulfilment in work. His training and coaching focuses on the importance of relationships at home and in the workplace. He will show you how to use the right questions and approaches to build cohesive teams that increase bottom lines and get holistic results.
Nathan’s a qualified ILM Leadership coach, Mental Health first aider and the creator of the MIND mental health coaching model, which is helping Leaders have stronger and more confident mental health conversations, with themselves and their teams.
As a high performance Action Coach, combining mindset and emotional mastery, Matthew, leads the development of our Employee Wellness Programs.
With over 20 years experience in Breathwork and working with people struggling to process trauma he has a deep understanding of how people can best manage stress and emotional wellbeing to enable them to function at their highest level.
Matthew discovered Breathwork through his struggle to find a way to process his own early life trauma. He tried many practices before finally being introduced to Breathwork, and achieved such amazing results he became a practitioner himself. Eventually he left his Directorship of a successful Construction Company to focus full time on helping people through Breathwork.
Since 2017 Matthew has run his own practice, combining his Breathwork experience, Reiki Mastery, and NLP practice to help his clients manage their own emotional and mental health struggles. He has seen outstanding results with several high profile clients, and now brings this wealth of experience and knowledge to develop a full range of wellness programs, tailored to each company we work with.
Before becoming a Professional Coach and human needs specialist, Sara's background was in Corporate Cash Management for Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions.
Combining these unique skills, Sara now leads the analysis of your current company culture, helps clarify your business purpose and long term goals, and works with the team to develop a business model that aligns these with the development of a new people centric culture.
